截至2013年底,我国每万人发明专利拥有量达到4.02件,提前完成了国家“十二五”规划确定的3.3件的目标。国家知识产权局局长申长雨近日在全国知识产权局长会议上说,截至2013年底,我国每万人发明专利拥有量达到4.02件,提前完成了国家“十二五”规划确定的3.3件的目标。他介绍,2013年,我国发明专利申请受理量为82.5万件,同比增长26.3%,占3种专利申请受理量的比重达34.7%;PCT申请受理量22 924件,同比增长15%。

At a meeting of chief directors of the State Intellectual Property Office, Shen Longyu, director of the State Intellectual Property Office, said at the meeting that as of the end of 2013, the number of invention patents per 10,000 people in China reached 4.02 and the target of 3.3 set by the state's “12th Five-Year Plan” was completed ahead of schedule . He introduced that in 2013, the number of applications for invention patents in China was 825,000, an increase of 26.3% over the same period of the previous year, accounting for 34.7% of the total of the three types of patent applications and 22,924 for PCT applications, an increase of 15% over the same period of last year.
