本病几年来报告的例数逐渐增多。有些患者在肝炎已经好转或痊愈时,突然发生全血细胞减少症,以致并发骨髓衰竭而死亡。报告的病例情况相似,提示肝炎与再生障碍有因果关系,或者可能是具有共同的病因与发病机理。本文综述至1974年为止的87篇文献报告的病毒性肝炎后再生障碍性贫血193例,加上本文作者的2例共195例。 195例可分为A组及B组。A组174例,是在肝炎发作期间或在肝炎后不久发生再生障 The number of cases reported in the past few years gradually increased. In some patients, when the hepatitis has been improved or healed, a sudden pancytopenia, resulting in complications of bone marrow failure and death. The reported cases are similar, suggesting a causal relationship between hepatitis and aplastic anemia or may have a common etiology and pathogenesis. This review summarizes the 193 cases of post-viral hepatitis aplastic anemia reported in 87 articles up until 1974, plus a total of 195 cases in 2 of the authors. 195 cases can be divided into A group and B group.
