在印刷机的纠偏控制中,多以调节PID控制器的参数为研究方向,使印刷机的性能良好。自抗扰控制器的特性是控制对象的模型未知时,仍能够实现较为精确的扰动补偿。本文从印机物理结构以及印刷工艺出发,给出了部分推导无主轴凹版印刷机模型步骤以及完整思路。然后通过仿真得到基于模型的自抗扰控制器(即使模型粗燥)比普通的PID控制器,以及普通自抗扰控制器有更好的性能。
Correction control in the printing press, and more to adjust the parameters of the PID controller for the research direction, the printer’s performance is good. The characteristic of ADRC controller is that it can still achieve more accurate disturbance compensation when the model of the control object is unknown. In this paper, starting from the physical structure of the printer and the printing process, this paper gives a partial derivation of the model steps of the spindleless gravure printing machine and the complete train of thought. The model-based ADRC controller is then simulated (even if the model is rough) and has better performance than normal PID controllers and normal ADRCs.
