河南省地跨江、河、淮、海四大流域,是全国重要的水利大省之一。近年来,河南在建立水利投入稳定增长机制上不断探索,大力支持水利事业改革发展,特别是 2011年中央和河南省委 1号文件出台后,河南千方百计扩大水利建设投资规模,2011年水利投资规模达 102. 9 亿元,全省水利事业费投入 68 亿元。河南如何引导金融支持水利建设工作?出台了哪些相关配套措施?带着一系列问题,本报记者采访了河南省水利厅党组书记、厅长王树山。
