为了解决有线传感器测量系统布线带来的不便,试验以STM32单片机和PLC为核心,将ZigBee低功耗无线传输技术应用到测控系统,由传感器节点、Zig Bee无线传输节点、PLC监控中心、Internet网络、PC远程监控平台和控制装置组成。结果表明:该系统具有环境因子数据采集、数据存储和根据控制策略控制执行机构动作、完成调节环境因子的功能。与传统方法相比,该系统布线简单,易于使用和维护。经过试验验证,该系统具有控制精度高、响应速度快的特点。
In order to solve the inconvenience of wired sensor measuring system cabling, the experiment uses STM32 single chip microcomputer and PLC as the core, and applies ZigBee low power wireless transmission technology to the measurement and control system. The sensor node, Zig Bee wireless transmission node, PLC monitoring center, Internet network , PC remote monitoring platform and control device. The results show that the system has the functions of environmental factor data collection, data storage and actuator control according to control strategy to complete the adjustment of environmental factors. Compared with the traditional method, the system is simple wiring, easy to use and maintain. After experimental verification, the system has high control accuracy, fast response characteristics.
