In the last 30 years, advances in technology have allowed platelets to be preserved after whole blood separation and still have hemostatic function after transfusion. With the development of platelet concentrates preparation and platelet transfusion technology, alloimmunization of platelets or isoimmunization has drawn the attention of clinicians. Severe cases can produce post-transfusion thrombocytopenia, or purpura after transfusion. This syndrome often occurs suddenly about a week after receiving whole blood or platelet concentrate infusion. The reason is that there is an anti-platelet anti-family antigene in patients’ sera
