1.序论住友金属在高炉上利用计算机系统积累了二十多年的操作数据,分析了高炉操作过程,从而建立了数学模型并使高炉操作法标准化。尤其是小仓厂二号高炉已开炉十年,利用仪表及计算机系统获得了明显效果。本文介绍仪表和计算机及各种过程控制的子系统、监测子系统。
1. Introduction Sumitomo Metal has accumulated over 20 years of operational data on blast furnaces using computer systems and analyzed blast furnace operation to establish mathematical models and standardize blast furnace operations.
