通过建立实验动物模型,接种S180瘤细胞,对Tuftsin的抗肿瘤作用进行研究。实验结果表明,Tuftsin能抑制带脾行瘤小鼠的瘤体生长,并延长生存期。该作用在脾切除的小鼠中更为明显,可望用于恶性肿瘤的治疗。Tuftsin是一种便产生于脾脏的四肽物质,具有免疫调节作用。国外已开始将人工合成的Tuftsin用于治疗晚期恶性肿瘤、AIDS病患者。
By establishing experimental animal models and inoculating S180 tumor cells, the anti-tumor effect of Tuftsin was studied. The experimental results show that Tuftsin can inhibit tumor growth in mice with splenic tumors and prolong survival. This effect is more pronounced in splenectomized mice and is expected to be useful in the treatment of malignant tumors. Tuftsin is a tetrapeptide derived from the spleen and has an immunomodulatory effect. Foreign countries have begun to use synthetic Tuftsin for the treatment of advanced malignant tumors, AIDS patients.
