The issue of environmental protection is receiving increasing attention. On the basis of continuously increasing emission control, the state is also continuing to carry out the management of industrial smoke dust, volatile organic compounds and motor vehicle exhaust pollution. According to statistics, the material industry accounts for about 1/3 of the national economy, while its energy consumption and emissions are greater than its GDP share. The discharge of basic materials such as steel, nonferrous metals, chemical industry and building materials in the production process accounts for a large amount of industrial emissions proportion.
