时间:2013年1月10日地点:北京主办单位:中国工程院化工、冶金与材料工程学部中国材料研究学会国家新材料产业发展战略咨询委员会承办单位:北京新材料发展中心《新材料产业》杂志协办单位:国家半导体照明工程研发及产业联盟近段时间以来,中国大片国土持续受到雾霾天气困扰,严重危及经济社会发展和人民生活,环保问题日益受到关注。国家在不断加大控制排放的基础上,也在持续开展工业烟粉尘、挥发性有机物和机动车尾气污染等的治理工作。据统计,材料产业占据国民经济约1/3的份额,而其能耗与排放大于其GDP份额,基础材料如钢铁、有色、化工、建材等在生产过程的排放占工业排放总量的较大比重。因此,如果传统材料产业自身能够有效地进行节能减排,将为当前的环境保护发挥重大作用。与此同时,新型稀土催化材料、吸附材料、膜材料等新材料也在为环境有效治理提供各类解决方案。从这两个方面来说,材料产业如何在当今的环境条件下,发挥自身作用,促进环境保护的有效实施,具有重大意义。两院院士师昌绪先生建议,中国工程院化工、冶金与材料工程学部、中国材料研究学会、国家新材料产业发展战略咨询委员会等单位主办的“材料产业与环境保护”研讨会,将集中对现阶段材料产业环境污染现状及治理情况、材料产业节能减排及循环再利

The issue of environmental protection is receiving increasing attention. On the basis of continuously increasing emission control, the state is also continuing to carry out the management of industrial smoke dust, volatile organic compounds and motor vehicle exhaust pollution. According to statistics, the material industry accounts for about 1/3 of the national economy, while its energy consumption and emissions are greater than its GDP share. The discharge of basic materials such as steel, nonferrous metals, chemical industry and building materials in the production process accounts for a large amount of industrial emissions proportion. Therefore, if the traditional materials industry can effectively carry out energy conservation and emission reduction, it will play a significant role in the current environmental protection. At the same time, new rare earth catalytic materials, adsorbent materials, membrane materials and other new materials are also providing effective solutions for environmental management. From these two aspects, it is of great significance for the material industry to play its role in today’s environmental conditions and promote the effective implementation of environmental protection.
