1 病例报告患者女性,24岁,于2年前足月顺产一男婴,产后半个月出现喘憋,心悸、胸闷、气短,经静滴氨茶碱后喘息消失。此后每于月经来潮第3天即出现喘息,程度较轻,月经停止喘息自然消失。近2个月出现不规则阴道流血,每次间隔15天左右,持续4～5天,经血量不多,同时伴有哮喘发作,未经系统治疗。查体:神志清楚,口唇发绀,颈静脉轻度怒张,胸廓无畸形,双肺满布哮鸣音。心率:100/min,音纯,律齐。妇科检查未发现异常。胸片:双肺未见
A case report Female patients, 24 years old, had a full-term delivery of a baby boy 2 years earlier and wheezing, heart palpitations, chest tightness and shortness of breath during half a month after birth. After intravenous infusion of aminophylline, wheezing disappeared. After each menstrual cramps that appear on the third day wheezing, to a lesser extent, the natural period of wheezing to stop breathing. Irregular vaginal bleeding nearly 2 months, each interval of 15 days or so, lasting 4 to 5 days, the amount of blood, accompanied by asthma attacks, without systemic treatment. Examination: Consciousness, cyanotic lips, mild jugular vein engorgement, thoracic deformity, lungs covered with wheeze. Heart rate: 100 / min, pure tone, law Qi. Gynecological examination found no abnormalities. Chest radiograph: no lungs
