目的：观察了中药益肾清对大鼠肾毒血清性肾炎的治疗作用。方法：采用 Ｃｌａｒｋｅ方法制备Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠肾毒血清性肾炎模型。结果：益肾清能显著增加实验动物尿量、降低２４ｈ尿蛋白含量及血清尿素氮、血清甘油三酯、血清总胆固醇，升高血清白蛋白，改善肾功能及肾小球的病理改变，减少静脉血栓形成。结论：益肾清对大鼠肾毒血清性肾炎模型具有较好的治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Yishenqing on nephrotic nephritis in rats. Methods: The Wistar rat nephrotic serum nephritis model was prepared by Clarke method. RESULTS: Yishenqingneng significantly increased the urine volume of experimental animals, reduced 24-hour urine protein content and serum urea nitrogen, serum triglyceride, serum total cholesterol, increased serum albumin, improved renal function and glomerular pathological changes, decreased Venous thrombosis. Conclusion: Yishenqing has a good therapeutic effect on rat nephrotic serum nephritis model.
