Electromagnetic field to form a second-order antisymmetric four-dimensional tensor, is a unified indivisible whole. However, does this mean that the division of electric and magnetic fields is completely relative and that the two can be transformed unconditionally? This is a confusing issue for beginner relativistic students. An example from “Feynman’s Handbook of Physics” also often leads readers to this question.
