在青岛港黄岛油区二期工程中,配套建设了一座可供20万吨级油轮停靠的原油出口码头,年运量为1700万吨。码头位于黄岛东南方向,距岸约800米处(天然水深平均—23米左右),采用了开敝式布置,见附图。黄岛位于胶州湾内,因而风、浪均较小。根据1980年12月至1982年11月两年实测资料的统计:风速不超过5级的频率为95.11%,6级风的频率也仅3.45%,常风向为SSE,频率为14.24%,强风向为N,频率为1.08%。波高H_■≤1.0米的频率为98.87%,
In the second phase of Huangdao Oil Field in Qingdao Port, a crude oil export terminal with a capacity of 200,000-ton tankers was built to support the annual transportation capacity of 17 million tons. The pier is located in the southeast of Huangdao, about 800 meters away from the shore (the average depth of natural water is about -23 meters). Huangdao is located in Jiaozhou Bay, so wind, waves are smaller. According to the measured data of two years from December 1980 to November 1982, the frequency of no more than Grade 5 wind speed is 95.11%, the frequency of Grade 6 wind is only 3.45%, the normal wind direction is SSE, the frequency is 14.24% and the strong wind direction Is N, the frequency is 1.08%.
