老年肺气肿为临床呼吸科常见疾病,多由慢性支气管炎、支气管扩张、支气管哮喘等疾病引发,发病率与死亡率均较高,给患者的生活质量带来严重威胁,临床目前仍没有特效治疗方法~[1,2]。且老年肺气肿患者往往合并感染,造成病情反复,增加了治疗难度。本组中于2012年10月至2015年2月期间采用头孢呋辛钠联合清开灵对老年肺气肿合并感染患者进行治疗,取得较好临床效果,现报告如下。
