目的对妊娠中期孕妇的75 g葡萄糖耐量试验结果进行研究分析。方法收集糖尿病筛查的妊娠中期孕妇510例临床资料,并进行回顾性分析。结果 21例诊断为糖尿病患者中,空腹血血糖异常患者11例(52.38%),口服葡萄糖1 h后血糖异常患者17例(80.95%),口服葡萄糖2 h后血糖异常患者15例(71.43%)。结论妊娠中期孕妇75 g葡萄糖耐量试验中结合孕妇口服葡萄糖1 h和2 h的血糖水平即可作出糖尿病的诊断。
Objective To study and analyze the results of 75 g glucose tolerance test in pregnant women in the second trimester. Methods The clinical data of 510 pregnant women who were screened by diabetes during the second trimester were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results Eleven patients (52.38%) with abnormalities of fasting blood glucose were diagnosed in 21 patients, 17 (80.95%) patients with abnormal glucose 1 hour after oral glucose administration, 15 (71.43%) patients with abnormal glucose level after 2 hours of oral glucose administration, . Conclusion The diagnosis of diabetes mellitus can be made in the 75 g glucose tolerance test of pregnant women in the second trimester by combining the oral glucose of pregnant women for 1 hour and 2 hours.
