东华门大街西起故宫东华门,东至东安门大街,全长426米。元代属宫苑之地,明、清时属皇城。沿街曾建有光禄寺、重华宫等衙署、庙宇,现已无存。街西端正处在故宫筒子河桥上,曾建有商亭并充作早市,近年在城市环境整治过程中被拆除撤消、实施绿化,成为观赏筒子河的一处佳地。 Donghuamen Street west from the National Palace Donghua Gate, east to Donganmen Street, a total length of 426 meters.
