自1985年12月以来,我们采用经耻骨阴囊皮片植入尿道成形术治疗尿道狭窄五例,效果满意,报告如下。5例患者均为男性,年龄分别是15岁、17岁、21岁、24岁和40岁。受伤原因:4例由东祸引起骨盆多处骨折合并后尿道损伤,1例为骑跨伤所致尿道损伤。入院后均试行导尿失败,3例受伤后只行耻骨上膀胱造瘘,2例行尿道会师术,但拔出尿管后不能排尿再次行膀胱造瘘。手术前均同时行膀胱尿道排泄性造影和前尿道逆行造影,后段尿道均不显影。手术时间距受伤时间分别是3个月～7年。
Since December 1985, we treated five cases of urethral stricture with trans-pubic scrotal skin flap urethroplasty, the results are satisfactory, the report is as follows. All 5 patients were male and were 15 years old, 17 years old, 21 years old, 24 years old and 40 years old respectively. Cause of injury: 4 cases of pelvic pelvis fracture caused by four cases of combined urethral injury, 1 case of bruises caused by urethral injury. Pilot catheterization failed after admission, only 3 cases of suprapubic cystostomy after injury, and 2 cases of urethral mastectomy, but after pulling the catheter can not urinate bladder cystostomy again. Before surgery, simultaneous urinary bladder urethral catheterization and retrograde angiography of the anterior urethra, posterior segment of the urethra were not developed. Surgery time from the injury were 3 months to 7 years.
