纵观国内外成功企业走过的历程,企业发展的历史就是创新的历史,企业生存和发展的基础在于创新,只有持续不断地推进创新,企业才能在市场竞争中占据有利位置。江泽民同志指出:“创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是国家兴旺发达的不竭动力”。同样,对于现代企业来说,面对科技突飞猛进和信息经济带来的新挑战,能否在更加激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,管理创新至关重要。
Throughout the course of successful enterprises at home and abroad, the history of enterprise development is the history of innovation. The basis for the survival and development of enterprises lies in innovation. Only by continuing to promote innovation can enterprises occupy a favorable position in market competition. Comrade Jiang Zemin pointed out: “Innovation is the soul of a nation’s progress and an inexhaustible motive force for the country’s prosperity and development.” Similarly, for the modern enterprise, in the face of the rapid technological advance and the new challenges posed by the information economy, management innovation can not be invincible in more intense market competition.
