目的:以20%PEG6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫条件,对不同来源黄芩种子的抗旱特征进行研究。方法:用20%PEG6000溶液分别处理8种来源的黄芩种子8 h以上,对种子的萌发率、萌发指数、各器官的长度进行测定。利用SPSS 13.0for Windows统计分析软件进行不同来源种子抗旱性的分级。选择抗旱性差异较大的黄芩种子进行PEG处理,对其保护酶(过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶)活性进行分析。结果:模拟干旱条件下,不同来源黄芩种子的萌发状态、生长状况存在差异;聚类分析结果表明甘肃陇西来源黄芩种子的抗旱性最强,而陕西渭南来源黄芩种子的抗旱性最弱,且其过氧化氢酶活性显著提高,是对照的2.73倍。结论:不同来源黄芩种子抗旱特征存在差异。
OBJECTIVE: To study the drought-resistant characteristics of Scutellaria baicalensis seed germinated by 20% PEG6000 in simulated drought stress conditions. Methods: Eight kinds of Scutellariae seeds were treated with 20% PEG6000 solution for more than 8 h. The germination rate, germination index and the length of each organ were measured. The SPSS 13.0 for Windows statistical analysis software was used to classify the drought resistance of seed from different sources. The seeds of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi different in drought resistance were selected for PEG treatment and the activities of protective enzymes (catalase, peroxidase, ascorbate peroxidase and superoxide dismutase) were analyzed. Results: The germination status and growth status of Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings under simulated drought conditions were different. The results of cluster analysis showed that Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings from Longxi of Gansu Province had the strongest drought resistance and Scutellaria baicalensis seed from Weinan of Shaanxi Province had the weakest drought resistance, Catalase activity was significantly increased, 2.73 times that of the control. Conclusion: The drought-resistant characteristics of Scutellaria baicalensis seed from different sources are different.
