从配方放大、粘接性能和成型工艺等方面对高性能有机硅绝热层配方进行了应用研究,确定了在绝热层性能不受影响的情况下由实验配方转化为工程配方后各组份的百分含量;通过大量实验研究出了保证绝热层与推进剂及发动机壳体可靠粘接的过渡层配方组成及刷涂工艺、晾置时间和刷涂厚度;探索出了适合于高固含量液体绝热层胶料可靠成型的复合成型工艺,经过多个实体发动机壳体绝热层制做确定了合适的成型工艺参数。最后对硅橡胶绝热层的成功应用进行了展望。
