利用菌丝生长抑制法、柱层析、波谱分析等方法研究显脉香茶菜甲醇提取物的抑菌作用,并分离和鉴定显脉香茶菜的抑菌活性成分。结果表明,显脉香茶菜甲醇提取物对黄瓜疫霉菌和荔枝霜疫霉菌抑制作用最强且活性成分主要集中在氯仿萃取物中,包括毛栲利素、溪黄草甲素、冬凌草甲素、nodosin、表诺多星醇和延命草素等,在20μg/mL浓度下对黄瓜疫霉菌的抑制率分别为54.61%、42.73%、75.50%、59.84%、51.11%和24.13%;对荔枝霜疫霉菌的抑制率分别为49.52%、19.45%、76.81%、10.29%、2.63%和7.09%,以冬凌草甲素抑菌作用最为显著。光学显微镜下观察发现,冬凌草甲素会导致病原菌菌丝体过度分支。
The mycelial growth inhibition, column chromatography and spectroscopic analysis were used to study the bacteriostasis of Methanol extract of Ephedra sinica, and the antibacterial activity components of Ephedra sinica were identified and identified. The inhibitory rates of mold were 49.52%, 19.45%, 76.81%, 10.29%, 2.63% and 7.09%, respectively. The inhibitory effect of oridon was the most significant. Observations under an optical microscope revealed that oridonin causes excessive branching of pathogenic mycelia.
