作者的目的是确定小肠结肠炎菌和相关菌种的异烟酰胺酶活性及其与生化特征、生态行为和这些菌株的潜在致病性的相互关系。不同耶氏菌种和生物群的异烟酰胺酶活性(Pyz)汇集于表。中间型耶氏菌、弗雷德里克耶氏菌、克里斯坦申耶氏菌和奥尔德维耶氏菌皆是 Pyz~+,尽管按着小肠结肠炎菌生物群结果有所不同,但假结核菌和鼠疫菌是阴性的。
The intent of the authors was to determine the isoniamic amidase activity of enterocolitis bacteria and related species and their relationship with biochemical characteristics, ecological behavior and potential pathogenicity of these strains. The isoniamic nicotininase activity (Pyz) of different Yersinia species and biota was pooled in the table.
