本文报告615系小鼠可移植性乳腺癌Ca763和Ca761的透射电镜观察。发现两瘤株细胞均呈片状或散在分布,未形成原始腺腔样结构。细胞大小不一,多形性,由发育不良的紧密连接相连,间质极少,几无淋巴细胞浸润。Ca761、Ca763原代癌属A型腺泡癌,多代移植使瘤组织类型发生了变异,腺泡型去分化为实性型,瘤组织中也未见B型病毒样颗粒,而A型颗粒则存在于Ca761、Ca763各代粗面内质网内。Ca761胞质内可见大量成团排列的胞质细丝,但未见致密小体及胞质微饮小泡。Ca763少部分瘤细胞内亦可见与质膜平行排列的胞质细丝,有时可见半桥粒和不连续的基板,少数细胞可见直接从中心粒长出的纤毛突向细胞间隙。

A large number of cytoplasmic filaments arranged in clusters were observed in Ca761 cytoplasm, but no dense bodies and cytoplasmic micro-vesicles were seen. Ca763 also seen in a small part of the tumor cells and the plasma membrane parallel to the arrangement of the cytoplasmic filaments, sometimes seen in hemidesmosomes and discontinuous substrate, a few cells can be seen directly from the central ciliate protruding into the cell gap.
