目的使工作人员正确理解和认真执行医院消毒隔离措施,使新生儿沐浴在安全有序的环境中进行。方法制订和执行相关的消毒隔离制度,对新生儿沐浴操作流程及沐浴室进行医院环境定位,进行环境卫生学和消毒效果监测。结果自设立新生儿沐浴室以来无一例因新生儿沐浴而造成的医院感染事件发生。结论建立完善的管理体系,制订和执行相关的消毒隔离制度,并进行持续改进和评价,是预防医院感染,提高医疗护理质量,确保医疗安全有着重要的意义。
Objective To enable staff to correctly understand and seriously implement the hospital disinfection and isolation measures so that the newborn bathed in a safe and orderly environment. Methods To formulate and implement the relevant disinfection and isolation system, to monitor the operation environment of the newborn bath and the hospital environment of the shower room, to monitor the environmental hygiene and disinfection effect. Results Since the establishment of the newborn shower room, no case of nosocomial infection caused by the bathing of newborns has occurred. Conclusion The establishment of a sound management system, the development and implementation of the relevant disinfection and isolation system, and continuous improvement and evaluation are of great significance in preventing nosocomial infections, improving the quality of medical care and ensuring medical safety.
