引言自行车运动是运动员借助机械,双下肢周而复始地沿圆周蹬踏的周期性运动。比赛分赛场和公路。赛程长短不等,既有几天、十几天的多日赛长途骑行,又有几百米的短途冲刺。如按练习强度来分,50公里及100公里以上属中等强度,10公里及20公里属大强度,1000米及5000米属次最大强度,200米及800米则属最大强度。这是一项比速度、比耐力和比技术的运动。运动成绩是运动员的体能、素质,自行车、服装、头盔等装备以及空气阻力等多种因素综合作用的结果。项目本身的特点要求运动员具有较好的速度、耐力、力量和灵敏的生理素质,具有合理的形体条件和机智、果断、勇敢、顽强的意志品质。
