随着大采高工作面的推广,对有倾角环境下的大采高液压支架强度进行分析关系到煤矿企业安全高效生产。以ZY13000/26/55型大采高液压支架为例,用有限元分析软件Workbench对其在不同工作面倾角下进行了强度分析,并得到了支架整体和各主要零部件的受力云图和位移变形图。结果表明,在工作面倾角10°以下时,该支架强度能保证安全生产的需要,当工作面倾角大于10°时,需要对支架结构、材料等另行设计。该结论对大采高液压支架在不同工作面倾角下的应用推广具有一定的实际意义。
With the promotion of the big mining face, analyzing the strength of the large mining hydraulic supports under the dip environment is related to the safe and efficient production of coal mines.
