目的 :探讨矫治前颌骨对上颌骨的生长是否有影响。方法 :以 40dWistar大鼠建立人工双侧腭裂模型 ,采用Latham′s矫治器矫治前颌骨。分别在矫治 7d、14d取上颌骨周围颞颧缝、颧颌缝、翼腭缝区组织 ,抗PCNA单克隆抗体免疫组织化学染色 ,检测骨缝区增殖细胞的分布及数量。结果 :矫治 7d ,实验组大鼠PCNA的阳性表达无明显增高和明显降低。矫治 14d ,实验组大鼠PCNA阳性表达高于 2个对照组。结论 :矫治前颌骨后 ,上颌骨周围骨缝中增殖细胞数和活跃程度明显增加 ,提示上颌骨新骨形成活跃。
Objective: To investigate whether the treatment of anterior maxilla has any effect on the growth of the maxilla. Methods: Artificial bilateral cleft palate model was established in 40-day Wistar rats and the mandible was treated with Latham's appliance. The distribution and number of proliferating cells in the suture were detected by immunohistochemical staining of the temporal zygomatic, zygomatic, zygomatic and palatal tissues and anti-PCNA in the maxillary bone on the 7th and 14th day respectively. Results: After correction for 7 days, the positive expression of PCNA in the experimental group was not significantly increased and significantly decreased. Correction 14d, experimental group rat PCNA positive expression than two control group. Conclusion: After the treatment of the mandible, the number of proliferating cells and the activity of the maxillary bone in the suture are obviously increased, which indicates that the maxillary new bone is active.
