研究了钒、钛对稀土低铬耐磨铸铁的机械性能及耐磨性的影响。结果表明,钒、钛使稀土低铬耐磨铸铁硬度略有增加,冲击韧性提高70%,相对耐磨性提高105%,生产验证表明,含有钒、钛的稀土低铬多元合金耐磨铸铁抛丸叶片比普通耐磨铸铁抛丸叶片使用寿命提高1~2倍。
The effects of vanadium and titanium on the mechanical properties and wear resistance of rare earth low chromium cast iron were studied. The results show that the hardness of rare earth low chromium cast iron increases slightly with the addition of vanadium and titanium, the impact toughness is increased by 70% and the relative wear resistance is increased by 105%. Production verification shows that the cast iron containing vanadium and titanium Pill leaves than ordinary wear-resistant cast iron shotblast blade life increased by 1 to 2 times.
