采用低压等离子喷涂工艺制备了 WC-Co 合金涂层;对涂层成分、相组成、粘结强度及抗热震性能进行了分析和测定,并与大气喷涂涂层进行了比较.结果表明:低压等离子喷涂工艺能有效地防止 WC 的氧化、分解,有利于获得结构、性能稳定的 WC-Co 合金涂层;采用反向转移弧清理、活化基体表面的预处理,能促进涂层与基体的冶金结合,提高涂层与基体的粘结强度,改善涂层的抗热震性能.
