自从2009年3—5月份国家陆续出台十大产业振兴规划以来,有关装备制造业调整和振兴规划相关实施细则加快推行的呼声不绝于耳,盼望工业和信息化部给出促进时间表的这段日子里,工信部装备工业司的负责人在不久前进一步表示,工信部初步考虑选择节能和新能源汽车、高速轨道交通设备、高性能船舶等作为新兴支柱产业培育的重点领域。
