随着我国教育的不断发展,高职院校作为高等院校中的一种教学形式也得到了快速发展。在高校发展的过程中,人力资源是支撑高校发展的基本要素,也是推动高校发展的核心动力。但是,当前高职院校面临着人力资本逆向选择的风险,这在很大程度上制约着高校人力资源的合理配置,也限制了高职院校的长期可持续发展。本片文章主要针对高职院校人力资本逆向选择的规避进行相应的探究,以期通过相应的理论和实际研究,找出导致高职院校人力资本逆向选择的原因,进而制定针对性的措施加以解决,对高职院校的人力资本逆向流失进行规避。
