１ 引 言装有心脏起搏器患者，在进行高频电凝治疗时有特殊的危险性，有实验证实高频电发生器在距离带有起搏器的病人１米远的地方，仍可引起患者心脏停搏的危险。迄今作者未见国内外有在安装起搏器患者身上进行高频电凝治疗的报道。５年前我们以高频电凝方法为１例长期应用
1 INTRODUCTION PATIENTS WITH Pacemakers have special risks when performing high-frequency coagulation therapy. It has been confirmed that high-frequency generators can still be caused at a distance of 1 meter from patients with pacemakers. The patient is at risk of cardiac arrest.
