综合运用多种现代色谱学分离方法对毛叶鹰爪花中的化学成分进行了研究,从其枝叶的乙醇提取物中分离得到了3个裂环多氧取代环己烯类化合物,采用多种现代波谱技术确定了这些化合物的化学结构,分别鉴定为artapilosol A(1),microcarpin A(2)和uvarisubol B(3).其中化合物1为一个新化合物,化合物2和3为首次从鹰爪花属植物中分离得到的化合物.化合物1~3的体外细胞毒活性筛选结果表明它们对5种肿瘤细胞株(HL-60,A549,SMMC-7721,MCF-7和SW480)均显示出了较强的体外生长抑制活性,它们的细胞毒活性与抗肿瘤阳性对照药顺铂相当.
In this paper, the chemical constituents in the hawk-hawk flower were studied by using a variety of modern chromatographic methods. Three split-ring polycyclic substituted cyclohexene compounds were isolated from the ethanol extracts of their branches and leaves. The chemical structures of these compounds were identified by modern spectroscopy and identified as artapilosol A (1), microcarpin A (2) and uvarisubol B (3), respectively. Compound 1 was a new compound and compounds 2 and 3 Is a compound isolated from plants.The results of in vitro cytotoxic activity of compounds 1 ~ 3 showed that they showed a strong activity against all five tumor cell lines (HL-60, A549, SMMC-7721, MCF-7 and SW480) In vitro growth inhibitory activity, their cytotoxic activity and anti-tumor positive control drug cisplatin.
