班级是培养学生的基石,是老师教授学习知识,进行思想品德教育的平台,使学生能够提高综合素质,拓宽其发展空间。然而,在现代教育中不难发现,我国的初中班级管理中存在许多亟需解决的问题。笔者认为,现代化的班级管理不能延续传统模式中班主任集中所有权利的做法,要实行民主化的管理模式,使得班级内同学团结一心,丰富工作内容,完善工作方式,对于班级中存在的问题要有针对性地进行处理,进而促进师生关系,形成一个和谐融洽的班级氛围。
