目的研究滴霉洗剂中蛇床子素含量测定的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法以甲醇 水 (75∶2 5 )为流动相 ,色谱柱为AlltimaC18(2 5 0mm× 4.6mm ,5 μm) ;流速为 1ml/min ;检测波长为 32 2nm。结果线性范围为 6 .0～18.0 μg ,r =0 .9999,加样回收率为 98.99% ,RSD为 0 .86 % (n =6 )。结论此法简便易行 ,结果准确 ,重现性好 ,灵敏度高 ,可用于控制生药及制剂的质量 Objective To study the method for the determination of osthole in dropping mildew lotion. Methods The HPLC method was used for the mobile phase of methanol (75:25), the column was AlltimaC18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5 μm), the flow rate was 1ml/min, and the detection wavelength was 32 2nm. The linear range of the results was from 6.0 to 18.0 μg, r = 0.9999, the recovery rate was 98.99%, and the RSD was 0.86% (n = 6). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and highly sensitive. It can be used to control the quality of crude drugs and preparations.
