2012年是西城区实施“十二五”规划承上启下的关键之年,西城区绿化办在首都绿化办、北京市园林绿化局以及西城区委、区政府的正确指导下,紧紧抓住全市平原地区大造林的重大机遇,围绕建设“活力、魅力、和谐新西城”和“花园西城”的发展目标,以多元增绿为核心、以提升品质为主线、以服务民生为根本,紧紧围绕“强化政府职能、加大服务力度、推进社会绿化”的工作主线,以提高行政管理效能、提升全民义务植树尽责率为目标,努力推动首都功能核心区绿化美化水平和环境品质的提升。
