研究婴幼儿血管瘤激素注射治疗前后血清雌二醇(E_2)水平的变化,从类固醇激素与血管瘤的关系这一角度探讨治疗机理。研究对象分治疗前、治疗后及正常对照组,用放射免疫法(RIA)测定E_2值。结果显示血管瘤患儿血清E_2水平显著高于正常小儿;经激素治疗后,随肿瘤缩小,血清E_2水平亦明显降低(P<0.01)。据本实验结果结合文献资料推测婴幼儿血管瘤可能存在雌激素依赖性,糖皮质激素治疗有效的机理可能与抑制E_2分泌及阻止E_2与瘤细胞的特异性受体结合有关。
To study the changes of serum estradiol (E2) levels before and after the injection of hormones in infantile hemangiomas and to explore the therapeutic mechanism from the perspective of the relationship between steroid hormones and hemangiomas. Subjects before treatment, after treatment and normal control group, radioimmunoassay (RIA) determination of E_2 value. The results showed that serum E_2 levels in children with hemangioma were significantly higher than those in normal children. After hormone therapy, the level of serum E_2 was significantly decreased with tumor shrinkage (P <0.01). According to the results of this experiment combined with literature speculated that there may be estrogen-dependent hemangiomas in infants and young children, glucocorticoid therapy may be the mechanism of inhibition of E 2 secretion and prevent E 2 and tumor cell-specific receptor binding.
