(一)问题的提出近几年来我国许多座高炉相继改为高压操作,这对冶炼过程进一步强化,及高炉的技术经济指标进一步提高也有很大好处。但是,高炉的炉顶设备也(尤其在使用粉末较多的热烧结矿的情况下)成了炼铁厂设备问题中最难解决的问题。近几年来,国外对料车式高炉布料器的密封问题曾做过不少研究,如苏联某厂曾设置快速旋转布料器以取消布料器的填料密封。这种改造一方面对布料问题应做比较细致的研究,另方面在炉顶设置一套庞大的快速旋转设备,给使用维护增添了很大麻烦。据技术书刊介绍,这种装置在苏联捷尔仁斯基厂某座高炉使用的结果是不够理想的。主要缺点有:1.传动系统在炉顶恶劣的环境下工作不够可靠并且经常发
