[目的]通过对某生物医药企业职业病危害现状调查,分析该企业在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素,提出合理可行的应对措施。[方法]通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康体检等方法收集数据和资料,对该企业产生和存在的职业病危害因素进行定性和定量评价。[结果]该生物医药企业主要职业病危害因素为甲苯、丙酮、硫酸二甲酯、氢氧化钠、氨、硫酸、其他粉尘和噪声,除空压机房噪声声级超出国家职业接触限值要求外,其余危害因素均符合相应要求。[结论]生物医药企业属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,应加强职业病危害防护及职业卫生管理。
[Objective] Through the investigation of the current situation of occupational diseases in a biopharmaceutical company, the paper analyzed the hazards of occupational diseases in the production process and put forward the reasonable and feasible countermeasures. [Methods] Collecting data and data through occupational health field investigation, occupational health examination, occupational health examination and other methods to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the occupational disease hazards that exist and exist in this enterprise. [Results] The major occupational hazards of the biopharmaceutical company were toluene, acetone, dimethyl sulfate, sodium hydroxide, ammonia, sulfuric acid, other dusts and noise. Except that the sound pressure level of the air compressor room exceeded the national occupational exposure limit , Other hazards are in line with the corresponding requirements. [Conclusion] The biopharmaceutical enterprises belong to the construction projects with serious occupational hazards. Occupational hazards prevention and occupational health management should be strengthened.
