目前,国内绝大多数经济学家、理论家和部分企业家都认为,企业改革的方向是股份制,尤其是在经济特区和沿海开放城市,股份制企业已经进入实际运行阶段,取得了显著的经济效益和可贵经验;当然,也有一些企业由于对股份制认识的偏颇而出现变形和走样。新近由当代中国出版社推出的《股份公司的创立与运作》(王柱成、杨家洪等编著)一书,对于股份制企业的创立、运作和管理,作了深入浅出的探讨具有一定的指导作用和实用价值。
