2008年钢铁工业面临环境保护和资源供给压力继续增大,产能大于需求,市场约束进一步增强的环境。对此,钢铁工业要抓住我国经济发展的重要战略机遇期,转变发展方式,加快淘汰落后产能,实施结构调整和节能减排,真正从过去的主要依靠增长实现发展的方式,向依靠科学技术创新、经济效益提高、资源消耗降低、产业结构优化、生态环境改善、发展成果合理分配的发展方式转变。
In 2008, the steel industry is facing an environment where environmental protection and resource supply pressure continue to increase, production capacity exceeds demand and market constraints are further strengthened.
