From 1965 Australia Zinc Co., Ltd. began to study Dufukla flotation tank. The development of the Dufukla flotation cell was caused by a study of the factors affecting the process efficiency of a general flotation machine. Research on conventional flotation machines shows that the efficiency of a flotation machine is essentially governed by the reaction of air and mineral particles in the area close to the impeller. A further conclusion is that meeting the following requirements can increase efficiency. 1. All of the pulp must pass through the bubble contact area; 2. The mixing conditions must obtain the best dispersion of air and produce the largest amount of bubbles;
