为分析核电厂抗震裕量评估(SMA)方法的研究现状,简要介绍SMA方法的研究背景与发展历程,详细论述3种核电厂SMA方法、裕量的含义、审查级地震的确定、巡查/走访的内容、保守确定性失效裕量(CDFM)和地震易损性分析方法、系统分析方法和高置信度低失效概率(HCLPF)值的基本内容和研究进展。分析表明:核电厂SMA方法较保守,需要基于可靠度等理论进行优化改进;国内亟需深入开展SMA方法研究,确定审查级地震(RLE),建立数据库,制定相关规范,建立核电厂合理模型,并培养相关人才。
In order to analyze the research status of SMA method in nuclear power plant, the research background and development course of SMA method are briefly introduced. The SMA methods of three kinds of nuclear power plants are discussed in detail. The meaning of margin, the determination of review level earthquake, inspection / visit , The contents of conservative deterministic failure margin (CDFM), seismic vulnerability analysis methods, systematic analysis methods and high confidence low probability of failure (HCLPF) values. The analysis shows that the SMA method of nuclear power plant is more conservative and needs to be optimized and improved based on the theory of reliability. It is urgent for China to carry out the SMA method research, confirm the RLE, establish the database, formulate the relevant norms, establish a reasonable model of nuclear power plant, And training related personnel.
