胆结石症是我国发病率较高的疾病之一,测定胆结石的化学成份,能为分析胆结石症的病因,进而为制定予防、治疗措施提供依据。人体中M_n主要贮存于胆和肾中,与胆计形成结合物经粪便排出。肝中Z_n的浓度较高,在应急状态下,血浆Z_n下降进入肝脏。因此有必要弄清胆结石中M_n、Z_n含量。由于胆结石样品量少且M_n、Z_n含量甚微,一般化学法难以分析,而火焰原子吸收光谱法测定Mn、Zn方法简单,灵敏,在空气/乙炔火焰中,测定Z_n不存在什么干扰,测定M_n也没有较大干扰。本文采用HNO_3-HClO_4消化样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定胆结石中M_n、Z_n含量,取得了较好的结果。
Cholelithiasis is one of the diseases with high incidence in our country. The determination of the chemical composition of gallstones can provide the basis for the prevention and treatment measures for the analysis of the etiology of gallstone disease. Mainly stored in the body of M_n in gall bladder and kidney, with the gallbladder formation of conjugate excreted through the feces. The concentration of Z_n in the liver is high, and in a state of emergency, plasma Z_n decreases into the liver. Therefore it is necessary to understand the gallstone in the M_n, Z_n content. Due to the small amount of gallstone samples and the small content of M_n and Z_n, the general chemical method is difficult to analyze. However, the method of flame atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of Mn and Zn is simple and sensitive, and there is no interference in determination of Z_n in the air / acetylene flame. M_n nor greater interference. In this paper, HNO_3-HClO_4 digestion samples were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry gallstone M_n, Z_n content, and achieved good results.
