根据冷挤压工作的需要,我们在315吨曲柄压力机上设计了一种自卸式顶件装置,经生产实践证明,性能良好,适合冷挤压工艺的要求,可供参考。一,工作原理:如图所示为自卸式顶件装置的结构。其工作原理如下: 当压力机滑块6下行时,调节螺杆4的斜面将吊钩7推开,在拉簧3的作用下,吊钩7钩住调节螺杆4的凸台。滑块回升时,调节螺杆4带动吊钩7和横杆9等一起向上,完成顶件工作。然后,吊钩7通过斜面在滚轮8的怍用下绕小轴10转动并与调节螺杆4脱离,于是整个装置靠自重下落,回到原位。

First, the working principle: As shown in the top structure of the dump device.
