基于对鄂城区城乡社会管理的调查与分析,当前城乡基层社会管理主要面临以下突出问题:社会管理理念落后;社会管理专业人才匮乏;社会管理协同治理难奏效;社会管理建设保障因素不足;城乡社区建设定位不准,功能发挥不足。在此基础上,从理念调适更新、专业化队伍建设、社会协同格局打造、财政资源投入、社区建设定位与功能发挥等多个角度出发,尝试提出加强城乡基层社会管理建设的探索性政策建议。
Based on the investigation and analysis of the urban and rural social management in Echeng District, the current grass-roots social management in urban and rural areas are mainly faced with the following prominent problems: backward social management concepts; lack of social management professionals; difficulty in collaborative management of social management; inadequate guarantee of social management; insufficient urban and rural communities Inaccurate positioning of the building, function inadequate. On the basis of this, we try to put forward some tentative policy recommendations to strengthen the social management of urban and rural grass-roots from the perspectives of the adjustment of the concept, the building of a professional team, the building of social coordination pattern, the input of financial resources, the positioning and function of community construction.
