目的分析我院中药制剂临床应用情况,评价其所处的地位及作用,为中药制剂未来的发展提供参考。方法对2009-2011年我院中药制剂的销售及应用情况进行回顾性分析。结果我院的中药制剂销售总体呈上升趋势,多集中应用在门诊,各科室与各品种间的应用情况差异较大。结论医疗机构中药制剂是医院临床用药的重要补充,重特色、讲实效、重传承是未来发展的方向。
Objective To analyze the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine preparation in our hospital and evaluate its position and role in order to provide reference for the future development of traditional Chinese medicine preparations. Methods A retrospective analysis of the sales and application of Chinese herbal preparations in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 was conducted. Results The sales of TCM preparations in our hospital showed an overall upward trend, and were mostly used in outpatient clinics. The application situations of various departments and different varieties differed greatly. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine preparation for medical institutions is an important complement to clinical medicine in the hospital. It emphasizes characteristics, stresses practical results and re-transmission is the direction of future development.
