根據各地報告,各級農協對於發展生產問題,不够重視。目前某些農村中,已經發生把鬥爭勝利果實,大吃大喝,鋪張浪费,不爱惜農具,宰殺耕牛等现象。各級農協必須提起嚴重注意。本會爲了農民運動自始自終貫澈發展生產;並爲了全省農民長遠利益計,特號召各級農協和全省農民,必須認真執行下面幾項决定: According to reports from various places, the agricultural associations at all levels do not pay enough attention to the issue of developing production.
