提供一种既可防止胎体帘布层反包端部产生剥离,也可以消除胎圈部产生疲劳破坏的胎圈部耐久性优异的全钢载重轮胎。将至少由1层钢丝帘布构成的胎体帘布层从胎面部经过胎侧部环形延伸至胎圈部,并从钢丝圈的内侧向外侧反包。沿该反包部的一部分或整个钢丝圈的圆周面设置卷入部。在轮胎装于轮辋,往轮胎充至最高内压,无负荷状态下的轮胎横向断面上,使胎体本身保持所规定的形状。
To provide an all-steel truck tire that is excellent in durability of a bead portion that prevents peeling of the turn-up end of the carcass ply and eliminates occurrence of fatigue failure in the bead portion. A carcass ply consisting of at least one steel cord is annularly extended from the tread portion to the bead portion through the sidewall portion and turned from the inside to the outside of the bead ring. A take-in portion is provided along a part of the turn-up portion or the entire circumferential surface of the traveler. In the tire mounted on the rim, the tire is filled to the maximum internal pressure, no load on the tire transverse section, so that the carcass itself to maintain the required shape.
