在全面推进小康社会的新发展阶段,坚持科学发展观,构建和谐社会,已经成为社会各界的广泛一致的认识,然而,具体到各行各业如何落实坚持科学发展观,如何构建和谐社会,远远没有达成一致,这是一个值得研究的重大的现实课题,许多问题都需要进一步的探讨、研究。学习、借鉴国外的先进成熟经济理论,总结国外理论实践的检验和教训,不失为一条重要而有效的方法,其中2007年诺贝尔经济学奖获得者的机制设计理论就是我们值得关注的理论之一,它具有较强的理论价值和实践意义,对我国的改革开放具有较强的启发和借鉴意义。
In the new stage of development of advancing well-to-do society in an all-round way, adhering to the scientific concept of development and building a harmonious society have become broad and consistent understandings of all walks of life. However, it is far beyond our knowledge that all walks of life should adhere to the scientific concept of development and how to build a harmonious society. Without agreement, this is a major realistic issue worthy of study. Many problems need further exploration and research. It is an important and effective way to study and draw lessons from the advanced mature economic theory in foreign countries and summarize the tests and lessons learned from foreign theoretical practice. The theory of mechanism design of the winners of the 2007 Nobel Prize in economics is one of our theories that deserves our attention. It has strong theoretical value and practical significance, which has a strong inspiration and reference significance for China’s reform and opening up.
